Cancellation policy

Your appointments are very important to the Beauty Republic team, they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduled appointments. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

To minimize potential No Shows or Last Minute Cancellations that do not give us enough time to book another guest, a credit card on file is required for all new appointments. Your credit card is not charged unless the Cancellation Policy is not honored.

Late Arrival

Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next client's appointment is not delayed. Please understand that I cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to a late arrival. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment

Corrective Skincare

If you are interested in corrective services we encourage you to bring your current skin care regimen with you to your first appointment. 

We care about the health and integrity of your skin therefore we typically don't provide chemical peels on first time clients and won't ever provide them on clients who skin is not prepared with home care products.

Salon Promotions

Monthly specials or promotions cannot be used or combined with any other offer or promotions.
